You've still got a way to go! TOWIE star Arg displays his overweight frame as he goes shirtless after losing 11lb

He may have lost nearly 11lb, but The Only Way Is Essex star James 'Arg' Argent still has a way to go to reach his target weight.
But the 22-year-old seemed unconcerned about his overweight frame as he went shirtless while on a cycle ride in Essex yesterday.
Wearing just a pair of blue shorts, Arg cycled around the football pitch after watching Mark Wright in action.
He tweeted: 'Cycling with the boys then over 2 Essex FC! On bench today but didn't get on, Too close 2-2. No super sub performance but I'll be back guys!'

Arg has been working hard to shed the excess pounds after piling on the weight during the second series of the hit ITV2 reality show.
However, the professional singer has been finding the slow progress of his diet hard to cope with.
He wrote in his diet diary for Fabulous magazine: 'I've found it really hard fitting exercise in and getting my hands on the right foods I need to eat to lose weight, but this week I think I'vefinally cracked it. Phew!

'More drastically, I've avoided alcohol for seven days! Promise. Mark's been great - when he's not taking the mick. He's been motivating me - like my unofficial trainer. He also forced me into the sauna for 20 minutes post workout, which I reckon melted a pound or two!'
So far, Arg has lost 10-and-a-half pounds, but still has a way to go before he reaches his first target of 16st 4lbs.
Arg said he decided to lose weight when he realised how out of place he looked next to his TOWIE co-stars.
He explained: 'I hate my man boobs, love handles, thighs and belly. I can't stand how my shirt buttons strain and I feel rubbish standing next to my TOWIE cast mates Mark Wright, Kirk Norcross and Joey Essex - they're so buff.
'I used to laugh it off but when we went on holiday to Marbella just recently, I hated taking my top off.'
However, Arg can be safe in the knowledge that he has a lot of support from his girlfriend Lydia Bright.
Lydia said in an interview earlier this year: 'People have been mean about James's size, but he's always yo-yoed. He's 17st, 11lb right 
now but he wants to lose weight because he's unhappy, so I'll support him.
'I love him whatever size he is, though. The same people keep saying I'm too thin. I've lost a stone since the show started, but that's only because I'm always on the go.'
